Hello and Welcome to the City of Acworth’s Utility and Property Tax Payment Page
Payments may be made in person, by mail, or in the drop box located in the parking lot of the Customer Service Center (at City Hall). Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. For your convenience, the City now offers online bill pay for a minimal fee.
Our online bill payment system offers customers a convenient and secure way to pay their bill. Payment options available are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. You will need your account number and PIN number that are located on your bill in order to use this payment option.

Payments are posted to your account the next business day. If your service has been disrupted or is up for disconnect do not use the online payments feature. Instead please call the Customer Service Department at 770-917-8903.
